IceCap Group is a growing private mortgage lender based in New York. We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who can take ownership of complex solutions, integrations, mentor junior team members, and serve as a technical leader across our Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex classes/triggers, integrations, and admin tools.
• Architect and build integrations with APIs.
• Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and assign technical work.
• Own and troubleshoot production issues and support internal teams.
• Recommend and apply Salesforce development best practices.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and broader tech trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
• Strong experience building and managing APIs.
• Prior experience mentoring developers or serving as a technical lead.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Dell Boomi or similar.
• Experience with DevOps and version control tools (Copado, Git, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
