We are seeking a Technical Lead - Software Licensing & Monetization to drive innovative solutions for software entitlements, licensing, and distribution. This role provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with standard processes, and collaborates with IT partners and product teams to implement effective software monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate software entitlement management solutions, ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with Agilent's IT architecture.
• Design and implement end-to-end integration for order fulfillment of software eDelivery.
• Apply customer-centric design to license consumption solutions for ease of use.
• Own the entire process from order placement to software eDelivery, focusing on Entitlement Management.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for projects and mentor technical teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with business goals.
• Influence product teams on standard processes for software distribution and monetization.
• Support migration from legacy entitlement systems to modern solutions.
• Communicate technical strategies effectively with global partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in software licensing models, agreements, and compliance, especially for B2B.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and backend scripting (Node.js).
• Solid understanding of AWS services (storage, caching, API gateway, IAM roles).
• Experience leading medium to large technical teams and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP EMS, ServiceNow Software Asset Management, or Revenera FlexNet Operations.
• Knowledge of software monetization techniques and Agile SCRUM methodology.
• Exposure to LLM and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule, offering remote work options. Applications are accepted until at least May 6, 2025, or until the position is filled. The pay range is $121,600 - $190,000 per year, plus bonuses, stock, and benefits, depending on location, skills, and experience.
