Job summary

DTS is actively seeking a Salesforce Architect for a long-term contract in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, aligning with MDHHS goals and modern Salesforce platforms.

The candidate will drive architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSL, mentor teams, and ensure secure, compliant delivery across 8,000+ users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with pipeline-as-code, branching, automated reviews and testing.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct org health checks, platform assessments, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in Design & Discovery sessions and promote Well-Architected Framework adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee POCs to validate feasibility and business value.
• Ensure SADLC practices across all development phases.
