Job summary

Intellibee is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, customize, and implement CRM solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team. You will own technical requirements, release cycles, and cross-team collaboration to ensure scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.

The role emphasizes hands-on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations via REST APIs, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce development and lifecycle experience.
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Digital Experience Sites.
Experience migrating from Classic to Lightning.
