Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Lansing, MI to design and implement customizable Salesforce solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget.

You will own technical requirements, lead release cycles, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance integrations using Apex, LWC, SFDX, and REST APIs; hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
• Hands-on experience with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises apps via REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Own release cycles and deploy updates to Salesforce applications.
• Provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
• Design and document architecture spanning multiple platforms including integrations and authentication.
