Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more), a strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration methodologies, and a passion for building high-performance CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Flows.
• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects and provide architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, admins, QA, product managers) to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and custom solutions.
• Optimize and refactor existing code and configurations to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in coding, configuration, and CI/CD.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and solution design workshops.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and assess the impact on existing implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one of: Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service.
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools and version control systems like Gearset, Copado, Git, Jenkins, or SFDX.
• Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise-level architectures.
• Experience in data migration and deployment strategies using tools like Data Loader, Talend, or Salesforce Data Import Wizard.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
