ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a mission-critical federal technology implementation project. The Salesforce Developer will design, configure, develop, integrate, test, and support Salesforce-based capabilities that meet federal stakeholder needs.

Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and LWC.
- Experience configuring flows, page layouts, and security settings.
- Strong collaboration with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce-based solutions.
- Implement and customize Salesforce capabilities for business processes.
- Collaborate to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations with external systems.
- Support data migration activities, including mapping and cleansing.
- Write clean, documented code following best practices and security.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for deployments and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot defects, production issues, and integration errors.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release planning.
- Support DevOps activities and CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Assist in user training and adoption efforts.
