Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Salesforce Practice Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce solutions for federal and public sector clients. The role blends hands-on solutioning with strategic engagement, shaping technical approaches, and guiding bids.

You will own technical solutioning for key opportunities, mentor teams, and help expand the Salesforce practice through compliant, competitive offerings. Remote-friendly, with preferred attendance in the DMV area for onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years leading complex solutions with enterprise architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and governance.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Certified in one or more mainline certifications, with preference for Salesforce Architect tracks including CTA.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutioning for key bids and drive solution design for high-priority opportunities.
• Guide business development teams and support capture and proposal activities.
• Expand ICF’s Salesforce practice through compliant and competitive solutions.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
