Job summary

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is seeking a Senior Salesforce Practice Architect to drive enterprise Salesforce solutions for public sector and federal clients. This leadership role combines hands-on solutioning with strategic engagement, shaping technical approaches and leading solution design for high-priority opportunities.

The architect will own technical solutioning for bids, support capture with cross-functional teams, and help expand ICF’s Salesforce practice through compliant,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading the development of complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background, including integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Certifications in one or more mainline Salesforce architectures (CTA preferred).
• Preferred: OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions, Platform Developer I, and other Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for federal/state clients.
• Support early-stage client conversations and shape technical approaches.
• Own technical solutioning for key bids and guide business development teams.
• Collaborate across Salesforce and adjacent platforms to drive modernization initiatives.
