Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a CRM Engineer to develop, integrate, and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, data integrations, and DevOps pipelines. This role ensures reliable data flow between Salesforce, the EDW, CTI, and other systems while adhering to design standards and governance practices.

The position is fully remote with a requirement to reside in North Carolina and occasional travel to local offices for meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field with minimum 3 years Salesforce development including Apex and LWC.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, APIs, integrations, or ETL processes.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and UI experiences.
Implement secure, scalable SOQL and SOSL queries with large data volumes.
Support declarative and programmatic automation, including Flows with Apex.
Maintain code repositories, version control, and CI/CD standards.
Design and execute data extractions for EDW ingestion and ETL processes.
Collaborate on CTI/telephony integrations and real-time API interactions.
Document technical specifications and data mappings, and work with CRM architects.
