Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Developer to advance our growing Growth, Business Development, Legal, Investor Relations, Deployment Operations, and other teams that rely on Salesforce as their home base. You’ll design, customize, integrate, and automate across Gov Cloud Plus while prioritizing scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in Salesforce development, strong integration skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably Sales Cloud; Government Cloud a plus.
Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA), Einstein Analytics, and dashboards.
Hands-on development with Apex, Triggers, Scheduled/Batches, Formulas, Flows and Approvals.
Proven integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SSO; data mapping and migrations.
Experience with standard/custom object creation and relationships.
Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps tools; GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to assess impact of requirements on SFDC and downstream systems.
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Salesforce certifications preferred; aerospace/defense experience a plus.
NetSuite integrations and solution-architecture experience a plus.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

Partner with Salesforce Product Manager to align platform with business objectives.
Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Government Cloud Plus; ensure best practices.
Support CRMA and configure analytics dashboards; manage data recipes.
Collaborate with developers to implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
Develop technical documentation for architecture, configurations, and customizations.
Automate business processes with Process Builder, Formulas, Flow, and Rules.
Build integrations between Salesforce and external apps using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO.
Coordinate with internal teams for data consumption/push to ERP and other platforms.
Migrate changes from dev/test to production and conduct smoke testing.
Provide end-user support and promote self-sufficiency and adoption.
