Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to join the Growth, Business Development, Legal, Investor Relations, Deployment Operations, and other teams that use Salesforce as their home base. You will design, customize, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Government Cloud Plus, analytics, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years total IT experience with at least 5+ years Salesforce platform development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud; Government Cloud a plus.
• Experience with CRMA tools and methodologies (CRM Analytics - Tableau CRM).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Salesforce Product Manager to ensure platform alignment with business objectives.
• Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Government Cloud Plus.
• Support CRMA and configure new analytics dashboards and data recipes.
• Collaborate with developers to implement scalable custom solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and configurations.
• Automate processes using Salesforce tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external apps using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO.
• Migrate changes from dev/testing to production and perform smoke testing.
• Provide end-user support and promote user adoption.
• Adhere to coding standards and maintain documentation.
• Determine when Apex is needed and prefer low-code options when possible.
• Perform data updates/migration using Data Loader.
• Interface with Salesforce data backup and recovery tools.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
