Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to scale the Gov Cloud CRM platform. You will partner with Growth Operations, Legal, Finance, and other functions that rely on Salesforce daily to maximize capabilities and drive adoption.
The role requires 7+ years in digital product management with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) expertise, and strong Agile/Scrum experience. This position is based in the United States and offers a robust compensation package with equity benefits.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
- 7+ years hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud).
- Deep experience with Agile/Scrum, managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies.
- Proven collaboration with engineers and architects to design technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Roadmap: Define, manage, and execute a 12–18 month feature roadmap for the Gov Cloud CRM platform.
- Prioritize stakeholder requests to drive high-value initiatives and KPIs.
- Partner with Technical Architects and Developers to plan platform upgrades and scalable solutions.
