Job summary

Decisive Point Consulting Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain solutions for a Salesforce Center of Innovation. You will take enhancement requests from analysis through design, build, test, and deployment, working with senior developers on large changes.

You will help keep a large org healthy by isolating root causes on defects across code, configuration, and integrations and will collaborate with product owners, administrators, and security teams in an Agile cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enhancements and defects from analysis through design, build, test, and deployment.
• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWCs, Flows, and declarative config.
• Build integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Maintain data model changes, sharing, and security configurations.
• Write unit tests and follow CI/CD practices with Git and scratch orgs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
