Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Developer to join a mission-driven team. You will build and optimize Salesforce solutions across Growth, Legal, Investor Relations, and Deployment Operations, focusing on scalable architecture and secure integrations.

You will contribute to CRMA analytics, automate processes, and collaborate with internal teams to push data between Salesforce and ERP or other platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years Salesforce platform development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud; Government Cloud preferred.
• Experience with CRMA tools and methodologies (CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM).
• Hands-on development with Apex, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Process Builder, Flow, Validation & Assignment Rules.
• Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and SSO.
• Experience with Standard/Custom Object creation and relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication.
• Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps tools like JIRA; CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of impact assessment of new requirements across SFDC and upstream/downstream systems.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) preferred; aerospace/defense experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Salesforce Product Manager to align platform with business objectives and scalable solutions.
• Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Gov Cloud Plus per best practices.
• Support CRM Analytics dashboards and data recipes.
• Collaborate with developers to implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system architecture.
• Automate processes using Salesforce tools (Process Builder, Flow, Formulas, Validation Rules).
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external apps using REST, SOAP, oAuth, and SSO.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data exchange with ERP and other platforms.
• Migrate changes from development to production and perform smoke testing.
• Provide end-user support and promote self-sufficiency and adoption.
• Adhere to coding standards and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Evaluate when Apex is needed and prefer low-code/no-code where feasible.
• Perform data updates/migrations using Data Loader; interface with backup tools.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
