Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product management experience with ownership from discovery to launch.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud).
• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies.
• Proven collaboration with engineers and architects to design technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Gov Cloud CRM roadmap for a 12–18 month horizon, aligning with business objectives.
• Prioritize stakeholder requests to drive high-value initiatives and KPIs.
• Partner with Technical Architects and Developers to evaluate features and plan upgrades.
• Write clear user stories, manage backlog, and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Coordinate releases, draft release notes, and document updates for stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption and platform engagement through training and feedback loops.
