Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to help build out a robust suite of Salesforce capabilities for Growth, Business Development, Legal, Investor Relations, Deployment Operations, and other teams that rely on Salesforce as their home base.

You will design and customize solutions on Government Cloud Plus, automate processes, integrate external apps, and maintain technical documentation while staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Qualifications

8+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud; Government Cloud a plus.
Experience with CRMA tools and methodologies (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics).
Hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, Flows, Process Builder, Formulas, Validation/Assignment Rules etc.
UI technologies: Bootstrap, Lightning Design System, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and SSO.
CI/CD and DevOps familiarity; Jira and GitHub Actions.
Excellent communication and collaboration; eligible for TS clearance.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Salesforce Product Manager to align the platform with business objectives.
Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Government Cloud Plus.
Support CRMA dashboards and configure data recipes as needed.
Collaborate with developers to implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
Develop technical documentation including architecture, configurations, and customizations.
Automate business processes using Salesforce tools (Process Builder, Formulas, Flow, Validation/Assignment Rules, etc.).
Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO.
Coordinate with internal integration teams for ERP data exchange.
Migrate changes from development/testing to production and perform smoke tests.
Provide end-user support and promote self-sufficiency.
Adhere to coding standards and maintain documentation.
Assess impact of new requirements on SFDC and downstream apps.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and readiness activities.
