Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the implementation team in Ghent. You will design, build, and maintain Apex/LWC solutions, focusing on integration architecture and AI-assisted development tools.

The role blends maintenance with new project work, including quote-to-cash improvements and debt collection optimization. You'll mentor peers, collaborate with architects, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience in a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in custom development with Apex and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns like fflib, including selector, domain, and service layer architecture.
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• A disciplined approach to testing, code quality, and building maintainable software.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
• A genuine curiosity and forward-thinking mindset about the role of AI in the future of development.
• Proven ability to mentor other developers and contribute proactively to team standards.
• Fluent English.
