Job summary

Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build high‑performance integrations using Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs, bridging Salesforce with legacy IRS systems in a FedRAMP compliant environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in Salesforce development, PD1, and strong DevOps, with Agile/Scrum delivery in a government security context. Remote work is offered, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience; PD1 required, PD2 advantageous.
• Proficiency in full-lifecycle DevOps (SFDX, Git, CI/CD) in a government security context.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar technical degree.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions/plans.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with LWC and Aura components (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Engineer high-performance Salesforce logic using Apex, LWC and REST/SOAP APIs to bridge Salesforce with legacy IRS systems in a FedRAMP environment.
• Identify, define and document problems or improvements.
• Collect and organize information to inform communication and decisions.
• Analyze complex situations by breaking into components and clarifying relationships.
• Design and champion software solutions through configuring systems and possibly coding.
• Configure and maintain complex Salesforce objects and processes.
• Create or update project documentation.
• Adhere to development standards and processes.
• Develop functional, integration, regression and stress test plans.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Remote work
• Travel none or few times per year to home office post-pandemic
