Job summary

Saransh Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead complex Salesforce platform work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will design, code, and deliver end-to-end solutions, including integrations with MuleSoft and data migration efforts, while embracing Generative AI in daily work.

The role is onsite in Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX, with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and CI/CD practices in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with production-grade solutions.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and governor limits.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Data migration experience ETL/ELT and cutover execution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and sandbox release practices.
• Active use of Generative AI/Agentic AI in delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and automation workflows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certified; Platform Developer II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Build scalable, reusable, well-documented code aligned with best practices.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews for secure, maintainable, performant solutions.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical implementations.
• Support DevOps practices including Salesforce DX, Git branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
