• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce app development; 2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, REST APIs.
• Experience SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps.
• Lead technical implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative and code.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and planning.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST and middleware.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and production deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards.
