Job summary

The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team seeks an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery teams responsible for design, build, deployment and support of Salesforce-related applications in Columbus, OH. The role emphasizes strategic planning, funding, prioritization and resource management across business partners and IT delivery teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end Salesforce project execution, on-time delivery, removal of roadblocks, and staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience managing technical teams.
• 4+ years of delivery experience focused on the Salesforce platform including Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Services, Data Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for end-to-end Salesforce technology project execution based on Agile methodology.
• Ensure team delivers on-time and high-quality results.
• Evaluate delivery plans; identify and proactively reduce and remove roadblocks.
• Direct responsibility for resource planning, recruitment and management for the technical team members including Technical Lead, Developer and Quality Assurance roles.
• Establish delivery execution model which leverages onshore and offshore resources.
• Continually align staffing plans to deliverables and budgets; adjust resources as needed.
• Build high performing teams with clear goals and career plans.
• Partner with business and IT partners to develop technology strategy for delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate release plans and day-of release activities.
