Huntington Bank's Salesforce Center of Excellence seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery using Agile practices. You will manage onshore and offshore teams, align staffing with budgets, and drive high-quality releases.

The role requires 7+ years of tech team leadership, 4+ years Salesforce delivery, and strong stakeholder communication. Industry experience in financial services is preferred. Office-based with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of related experience managing technical teams.
4+ years of delivery experience focused on the Salesforce platform.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to meet SLAs and deliver to expectations.

Responsibilities

Direct responsibility for end-to-end Salesforce technology project execution based on Agile methodology.
Ensure team delivers on-time and high-quality results.
Evaluate delivery plans; identify and remove roadblocks.
Direct responsibility for resource planning and management for technical team members.
Establish delivery execution model leveraging onshore and offshore resources.
Build high performing teams through coaching and career development.
Partner with business and IT to develop technology strategy for delivery capabilities.
Coordinate release plans with peers and day-of release activities.
