The Huntington National Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce technology delivery, including design, build, deployment and ongoing support. You will manage cross-functional teams, align with business partners and IT delivery peers, and drive on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience managing technical teams.
• 4+ years of delivery experience focused on the Salesforce platform.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with architects, leads, developers and staff.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and deliver against SLAs and budgets.
• Salesforce Administration certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct responsibility for end-to-end Salesforce technology project execution based on Agile methodology.
• Ensure team delivers on-time and high-quality results.
• Evaluate delivery plans; identify and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Direct responsibility for resource planning, recruitment and management for the technical team members.
• Establish delivery execution model leveraging onshore and offshore resources.
• Continually align staffing to deliverables and budgets; adjust resources as needed.
• Build high performing teams through coaching and tracking progress.
• Partner with business and IT to develop technology strategy for delivery teams.
• Coordinate release plans and day-of release activities.
