Job summary

Huntington National Bank's Salesforce Center of Excellence seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery teams responsible for design, build, deployment and support of Salesforce applications. The role requires strategic planning, funding, prioritization, and management of full-stack technology products for business partners and IT delivery peers.

Responsibilities cover end-to-end Salesforce project execution, resource planning, and maintaining SLAs while scaling the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• 4+ years of delivery experience focused on the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/Marketing, Financial Services, Data Clouds).

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for end-to-end Salesforce technology project execution based on Agile methodology.
• Ensure team delivers on-time and high-quality results.
• Evaluate delivery plans; identify and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Direct responsibility for resource planning, recruitment and management for the technical team members.
• Establish delivery execution model leveraging onshore and offshore resources.
• Align staffing plans to deliverables and budgets; adjust resources as needed.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching and career progress tracking.
• Partner with business and IT to develop technology strategy for delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate release plans and day-of release activities.
