Job summary

Huntington Bank is looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead Salesforce delivery teams within the Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence. The role focuses on end-to-end project execution, strategic planning, and resource management to deliver full-stack technology products for business partners and IT delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will drive onshore and offshore delivery, coach teams, manage budgets, and align staffing with project goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
7+ years of experience managing technical teams.
4+ years delivering Salesforce platform projects (Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Services, Data Clouds).
Strong communication and collaboration with architects, leads, developers, analysts, and business staff.
Experience with Agile delivery and large-scale programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end Salesforce technology project execution based on Agile methodology.
Ensure team delivers on-time and high-quality results.
Manage resource planning for technical team members (Lead, Developer, QA).
Establish delivery model leveraging onshore and offshore resources.
Align staffing to deliverables and budgets; adjust resources as needed.
Build high performing teams through coaching and career progression.
Partner with business and IT to develop technology strategy for delivery.
Coordinate release plans and day-of release activities.
