Job summary
Sompo Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Salesforce to lead the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization.
This leadership role will shape Salesforce capabilities, partner with business on product definition, and guide a distributed team across the US and Europe. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Salesforce and 5+ years leading Salesforce delivery in an enterprise setting, with preference for insurance/financial services
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- 5+ years of proven experience leading Salesforce delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions for Sompo.
- Manage the delivery of multiple Salesforce initiatives and products.
- Define product roadmaps, priorities, and solution requirements with stakeholders.
- Lead a diverse team of 10-15 developers and business analysts across US/Europe.
- Promote best practices and ensure SDLC governance and delivery excellence.
- Provide senior leadership with status, risks, and outcomes across programmes.
