Job summary
Sompo is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Salesforce to lead the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role partners with business on product and solution definition and leads a distributed team across the US and Europe.
The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform expertise, delivery leadership, business partnership, and people management experience to ensure scalable, effective Salesforce solutions aligned with business
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and administration.
- 5+ years of proven experience leading Salesforce delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience managing Salesforce solutions within financial services or insurance preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and related business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions for Sompo.
- Manage the delivery of multiple Salesforce-based initiatives and products.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, priorities, and solution requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing diverse team of 10–15 developers and business analysts across the US and Europe.
