Sompo seeks an experienced Assistant Vice President, Salesforce to lead the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This leadership role shapes capabilities, partners with the business, and guides a distributed team across the US and Europe.

Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- 5+ years of proven experience leading Salesforce delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and related processes.
- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions for Sompo.
- Manage delivery of multiple Salesforce initiatives and products.
- Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and requirements.
- Build and mentor a diverse team of 10-15 developers and business analysts across US/Europe.
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security, data, QA, and business teams.
- Ensure SDLC governance, testing, release, and change management standards.
- Promote Salesforce best practices across development and administration.
- Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.
- Provide status updates to senior leadership on projects.
