Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect in the US to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI, grounding, and responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You’ll support workshops, create clear designs, and work across discovery, definition, design, build, test, deployment, and adoption with clients and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience guiding solution design within teams of five+ people.
• Experience facilitating workshops with clients.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin/Platform/App Builder/Consultant).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and adoption goals.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud.
• Draft prompts, rules, grounding, escalation, and human-in-the-loop points.
• Create solution docs, flows, user stories, and integration notes for teams.
• Identify gaps in data, integration, and user experience; plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define specs for code and migrations.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and release readiness; mentor junior staff.
