Job summary
Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Leadership Team of Application Services and ensure adoption, efficiency, and renewals across the customer journey.
The role collaborates with a team to capture current policies, collect requirements, identify efficiency improvements, design workflows, and monitor adherence across customer success tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Certinia.
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in Salesforce and Customer Success solution design.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration & Configuration is required.
- Familiarity with process definition methodologies.
- Proficiency with Visio or other modeling tools.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate performance results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to learn business needs and their impact on Gainsight and core customer systems.
- Support service teams' strategy and document customer success processes.
- Configure a customer health score reflecting customer data and metrics.
- Prepare preliminary project documentation outlining goals and benefits.
