Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support and advance the Salesforce platform and client portal. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, drive adoption, document requirements, and align solutions to client service goals.

Reports to the Salesforce Product Owner and collaborates with the Architect and Administrator. Role includes backlog refinement, roadmap input, and cross-functional collaboration with teams and clients globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT or related field; STEM a plus.
3+ years of technical business analysis experience; financial services experience required.
Salesforce platform experience preferred.
Gen II client service operations experience preferred.
Experience with data integrations and data mapping.
Private equity or fund administration experience a plus.
Familiarity with backlog tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA).
Experience leveraging AI tools across the SDLC a plus.

Responsibilities

Solicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs with the team.
Create process maps, swim-lane diagrams, and data flow documentation.
Build and execute test plans including UAT with business users; track defects.
