Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior/Lead Salesforce Engineer to design and deploy secure, scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce Platform with a focus on Sales/Service Cloud. You will implement Apex, LWC, and integrations while enforcing security best practices and governance across all deployments.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, participates in Agile ceremonies, and drives CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to deliver reliable releases across sandboxes and production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience in cloud environments.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, CRUD/FLS, and sharing model.
• Experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications on Salesforce.
• Focus on Sales and Service Cloud objects, automation, and metadata config.
• Build and maintain Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create automated workflows using Flow and Approvals.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead code reviews, documentation, and coding standards.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; support timely feature delivery.
• Manage deployments using GitHub Actions CI/CD across environments.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices and auditability across development.
