Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager in Functional Transformation to lead large CPQ/CLM implementation programs for major clients in Chicago. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, shaping solutions with Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity CPQ, and related platforms, and guiding client strategy throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate should bring extensive Lead-To-Cash expertise, strong communication, and mentoring skills, with travel up to 50% and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of consulting or industry experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years experience managing Lead to-Cash (CPQ/ CLM/Billing) implementations in at least two (2) of the listed technologies.
• At least six (6) years experience working with the Lead-To-Cash business process and supporting technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational needs and break down large projects into manageable tasks.
• Advise clients on IT product choices based on cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead design, development, testing, and cutover activities for CPQ/CLM implementations.
• Mentor and coach staff; contribute to sales activities and eminence through papers or conferences.
• Manage client interactions, ensure quality of deliverables, and maintain project plans.
