Job summary

Global Applications Solution is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with deep Oracle CPQ expertise to lead CPQ implementation and transformation initiatives. The role requires coordinating business, commercial, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will manage multi-stream programs, oversee CPQ integrations with Oracle EBS and Fusion, and drive process improvements across the organization. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Proven track record managing CPQ projects or transformations.
• Experience with headless integrations and commerce platforms.
• Strong collaboration across business, commercial, and IT groups.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion integrations.
• PMP, PgMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ implementation and transformation programs from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, commercial, IT, architecture, and technical functions.
• Drive technical implementation activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, business processes, and solution priorities.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle CPQ and commerce platforms, including headless commerce integrations.
• Coordinate integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Support business process transformation and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain delivery timelines.
• Provide regular program status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful testing, deployment, rollout, and stabilization of Oracle CPQ solutions.
