Job summary

Deloitte's Sales & Service team in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead Technical Transformation initiatives across CRM and finance integrations. You will drive assessments through implementation, manage multi-project workstreams, and deliver executive-ready materials for clients.

The role requires deep Lead-to-Cash expertise, Salesforce CPQ certification, and a proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience.
• Ten+ years' experience managing at least three large-scale full lifecycle Lead-to-Cash deployments (CPQ/CLM/Billing).
• Salesforce CPQ Certified.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation across business and functional areas.
• Analyze current-state processes; identify improvements and document future-state recommendations.
• Develop project deliverables such as workplans, process maps, status updates, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate across client and project teams to track decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Conduct data analysis and stakeholder interviews to support recommendations and planning.
