Responsibilities
- Define and optimize complex, cross-functional business processes across service delivery, sales, and operations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management, and IT to improve efficiency.
- Gather and document requirements through workshops and interviews.
- Work with architects and developers on CPQ configuration, workflows, pricing rules, and integrations.
- Ensure seamless integration between CPQ, Salesforce, ERP, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
- Drive process standardization and governance for scalable solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and user adoption across units.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver usable value.
