Job summary

3S Business Corporation Inc. is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives for complex CPQ and Revenue Cloud transformations. The role focuses on designing training, enabling adoption, and guiding stakeholders through go-live and hypercare.

You will map current and future-state quote-to-cash processes, develop job aids, and facilitate cross-functional workshops. Strong communication, project management, and certification in Prosci or CCMP are highly valued,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development, with independent execution across multiple workstreams.
• Direct, hands-on experience with CPQ implementations (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent) including pricing rules, discounting, approvals, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Prosci or CCMP certification preferred; strong working knowledge of ADKAR/Kotter methodologies required.
• Experience mapping current and future-state quote-to-cash processes in technology or operational settings; produce working documentation.
• Strong writing skills to create audience-specific communications, training materials, and job aids.
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional groups; manage blockers and timelines.
