Job summary

Cherokee Federal in the United States is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead delivery across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom CRM solutions. You will elicit requirements, document processes, and translate needs into actionable user stories while aligning with mission and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects, support backlog grooming and UAT, and help drive change management for government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant or similar.
• Experience supporting Salesforce in federal/public sector or regulated environments.
• Strong business analysis: elicitation, process modeling, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Salesforce delivery across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom CRM.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops for requirements.
• Document current and future processes and translate needs into user stories.
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and architects to meet expectations.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Guide UAT, test scenarios, defects, and final sign-off.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, data, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder communications.
