Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
• 1–2 years of hands-on Agentforce experience with Agent Builder and Prompt Builder.
• 4 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience; total 7+ years.
• Salesforce Administrator and Agentforce Specialist certifications; plus consultant-level certs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents grounded in business processes.
• Author prompts with Prompt Builder and ground responses in Data Cloud and Salesforce data.
• Configure actions via Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes.
• Ensure scalable, secure solutions compliant with federal governance.
