Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a highly motivated Agentforce Salesforce Consultant to support a federal public sector program. You will design, build, and deploy Agentforce AI agents, guiding use-case discovery through configuration, testing, and deployment.

Role requires U.S. citizenship, eligibility for government clearance, and 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience. You will mentor peers and advise on integration with Data Cloud and Salesforce native tools.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and eligible for government clearance.
• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting/implementation experience, 7+ years total.
• Salesforce Admin and Agentforce certifications; additional consultant certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents using Agent Builder.
• Configure actions with Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate needs into stories and acceptance criteria.
• Test, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls before production.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive solution frameworks.
