Job summary

CVS Health in Bastrop, LA is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise to build scalable, cloud-native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will oversee a team of Salesforce and software engineers, drive Agile practices, and partner with Product, Security, and Operations to translate strategy into reliable, high-impact technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise apps using middleware or serverless/API services.
• Background delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/TeleSales, Marketing automation, or Partner platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software and Salesforce engineers building scalable, integrated solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, customization, and platform scalability (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Drive Agile delivery, backlog refinement, code reviews, and architecture sessions.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Exec leadership.
