Job summary
Decisive-Point-Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead a Salesforce Center of Innovation, combining hands-on admin work with business analysis to set standards across a large enterprise footprint. You will work with leadership and teams to deliver declarative solutions and governance.
The role requires deep Salesforce configuration, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of other admins while driving reporting, accessibility, and governance in an Agile delivery cadence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration, business analysis, or enterprise application support.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.
Responsibilities
- License and access management: track license consumption and manage assignments.
- Reporting and analytics: build self-service reports and dashboards for leadership metrics.
- Accessibility: test interfaces against Section 508 and WCAG standards and document findings.
- Analysis and leadership: gather requirements, write user stories, and mentor admins.
- Promote configuration through sandbox environments and DevSecOps deployments.
