Job summary
Signature IT World Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with Salesforce experience to elicit business needs, specify user stories, model processes, and evaluate system impacts across applications.
You will partner with project teams to deliver new capabilities and fixes, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. The role focuses on functional analysis, requirements documentation, and driving UAT and testing efforts, with experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud and
Qualifications
- 5+ years in systems analysis and design with a proven record of medium- to large-scale implementations.
- Experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial domains is a plus.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to elicit requirements across functions and map to Salesforce capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements across the organization and capture business needs.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to determine solutions.
- Advise on best practices and document current and future state artifacts.
- Coordinate IT development and QA testing and participate in UAT.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
