Job summary

The State of Arizona, AZDES, DTS, seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business and IT on Salesforce projects, requirements, config, testing, and process improvements. The candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting Salesforce projects, documentation, user training, and change management.

This hybrid/local role is based in Phoenix with a primary remote work arrangement and occasional travel.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst.
At least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with developers on scalable solutions.
Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
Support configuration and testing of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Assist with Salesforce projects and enhancements to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain process flows, data maps, and technical documentation.
Conduct user training and support change management activities.
Stay current with Salesforce capabilities and recommend best practices.
