Masco Corporation is seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs with innovative Salesforce solutions across a complex enterprise.

You will lead analysis across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms, partnering with executives, product owners, and IT teams to define scalable delivery and drive adoption. Strong certification and 7+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem across analysis, consulting, or solution delivery.
• Current Salesforce certification required; Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud with experience across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud.
• Demonstrable ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and releases.

• Lead business analysis across multiple Salesforce platforms, partnering with leaders, product owners, technology teams, and implementation partners to define and deliver scalable solutions.
• Define and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals across the enterprise.
• Mentor team members and serve as a trusted Salesforce authority.
