Dana Canada Corp. in Maumee, OH is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to lead business process improvements across systems and data environments. You will define requirements, build specifications, and coordinate testing and training to ensure seamless integration with SAP and BI tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and strong communication skills, with familiarity in SAP, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI. A Six Sigma background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilités

• Serve as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Document current business processes, data, and physical environments.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes, data, and physical environments.
• Define business and functional requirements based on analysis findings.
• Develop functional specifications for new processes, data models, and environments.
• Recommend build, buy, or outsource solutions based on business needs.
• Develop functional integration test specifications and conduct testing.
• Identify, develop, and deliver training required for implementation activities.
• Provide second-tier support.
