84.51° is seeking a Salesforce Reporting & Analytics Specialist to develop, govern, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that empower sales, finance, and leadership with accurate, timely insights.

You will partner across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable analytics, strengthen governance, and promote self-service insights. This role supports forecasting, pipeline health, and executive reporting.

Competenze

• Five+ years’ experience developing and maintaining reports or dashboards in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting requirements.
• Five+ years’ experience with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, and quote data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; validate data.
• Understanding of data quality and governance.
• Ability to communicate findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Five+ years’ experience partnering across teams.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple requests.
• Commitment to accurate, well-documented analytics.
