Marvin seeks a Sr. CRM Analyst to design, develop, and optimize analytics using Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau. You will collaborate with stakeholders, connect business processes to data, and build dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires 3-5 years with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau, strong SQL/SAQL skills, and experience with BI tools. Health benefits and a comprehensive compensation package accompany the position.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau and Salesforce reports.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including CRM Analytics and SAQL.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on data accuracy and process standardization.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design and build Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, and stories.
• Lead data transformation processes, including dataflows and datasets.
• Prepare and cleanse data for visualization and profiling.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
