Dana is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead deployment, maintenance, and integration tasks across our global operations in Maumee, Ohio. You will document processes, collaborate with internal customers, and ensure data integrity.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP and BI tools (SAP Business Objects, Power BI), and the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications while delivering training and support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience (5–8 years).
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects and Power BI preferred.
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Develop functional specifications for new processes, logical data models, and physical environments.
• Recommend build, buy, or outsource solutions based on business needs.
• Develop functional integration test specifications and conduct integration testing and customer acceptance testing.
• Identify, develop, and deliver training required for implementation activities.
• Provide second-tier support.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline required, or an equivalent combination of education and 5 to 8 years of related professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects and Power BI preferred.
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

• Experience providing second-tier support.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification or experience in Business Process Management preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on problems of limited scope and complexity where analysis requires evaluation of established factors and patterns.
